Documentation Required to complete a Loan Application for both Employee or Self Employed,
- Basic Information
- Last 3 payslips
- Copies of Last years Tax Return, including your Group Certificate
- Self Employed require the last 2 years Tax Returns for both personal and business including your Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statements. (Low Doc Loans will be an option if this is not available).
- 100 points ID check eg. Birth Certificate, Passport, Drivers Licence, Medicare Card. For further information please feel free to contact us.
- Evidence of Savings
- Copy of your completed purchase Contract
- Copy of Rates Notice (for re-financing)
- 6 months Home Loan statements (re-financing)
- (F.H.O.G.) First Home Owners Grant completed and signed
