Ql. What made you choose to make an appointment for a home loan consultation with me?
A. You were referred to me by Pxxx Real Estate, I was looking for a loan to buy a house and I was knocked back by 2 banks.
Q. Has my service helped you in any way with your home loan decision?
A. Yes...You said "I will do my best to get a loan" and you helped and was there when I had a question and helping with forms to fill in when I was unsure.
Q. Are you satisfied with the service I have provided?
A. Yes...I was probably a nuisance, but I rang a lot with questions and you always got back to me and helped me, even to the point of calling in.
