A basic outline of the application process.

 Documentation Required to complete a Loan Application for both Employee or Self Employed,

  • Basic Information
  • Last 3 payslips
  • Copies of Last years Tax Return, including your Group Certificate
  • Self Employed require the last 2 years Tax Returns for both personal and business including your Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statements. (Low Doc Loans will maybe an option if this is not available).
  • 100 points ID check eg. Birth Certificate, Passport, Drivers Licence, Medicare Card. For further information please feel free to contact us.
  • Evidence of Savings
  • Copy of your completed purchase Contract
  • Copy of Rates Notice (for re-financing)
  • 6 months Home Loan statements (re-financing)
  • (F.H.O.G.) First Home Owners Grant completed and signed
