Documentation required to complete a Loan Application for both Employee and Self-Employed,

  • Basic Information

  • Last 3 payslips

  • Copies of Last years Tax Return, including your Income Summary

  • Self-Employed require the last 2 years Tax Returns for both personal and business, including your Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statements. (Low Doc Loans may be an option if this is not available).

  • 100 points ID check eg. Birth Certificate, Passport, Drivers Licence, Medicare Card, Marriage Certificate.

  • Evidence of genuine Savings

  • Copy of your executed Contract of Sale

  • Copy of Rates Notice (for re-financing)

  • 6 months Home Loan statements (re-financing)
